Fix Your Eyes, Fix Your Focus, Shoot and Aim Easier with Two Simple Eye Exercises
Can I get some love?
The New Rules of Marksmanship I developed uses a lot of what I call Dry Weapons Training or Dry Fire Training. If you’ve watched any of my videos or read my articles or books, really anything by me, you know this means everything you do besides firing live ammo and picking up brass. So when I get emails from people saying they can’t dry fire with their gun, I know they have not seen or read anything I’ve ever taught. They are looking for a quick fix without any work — not even watching my free videos!
IF YOU’RE THAT LAZY…GO AWAY!
To my faithful, hardworking New Rules students…let’s go!
If you’re like me and your eyesight seems to be getting worse, I’ve got good news; your eyes are muscles. And just like any other muscle in your body, you can make them stronger through exercise.
For years we thought that as we got older our vision would deteriorate and there was nothing we could do about it. Well that’s just plain wrong. With regular training you can not only stop deteriorating vision, but you can also improve it.
I learned this myself a few years ago when I noticed I was having a hard time focusing on my front sight. I did a bunch of research and I want to share two exercises you can do to help you improve your vision and your ability to focus.
OK, so these exercises are part of that dry weapons training. Maybe I need to coin a new term like “Weaponless Firearms Conditioning.”
Let me know in the comments area below if these exercises help you and please share this with your friends.
