If you’re like me and your eyesight seems to be getting worse, I’ve got good news; your eyes are muscles. And just like any other muscle in your body, you can make them stronger through exercise.

For years we thought that as we got older our vision would deteriorate and there was nothing we could do about it. Well that’s just plain wrong. With regular training you can not only stop deteriorating vision, but you can also improve it.

I learned this myself a few years ago when I noticed I was having a hard time focusing on my front sight. I did a bunch of research and I want to share two exercises you can do to help you improve your vision and your ability to focus.

OK, so these exercises are part of that dry weapons training. Maybe I need to coin a new term like “Weaponless Firearms Conditioning.”
