Chris Sajnog discusses the meditation stages

What are the Best Stages of Meditation?

I spend a lot of time talking about the importance of meditation. I can’t say it enough – meditating regularly is what’s going to enable you to improve as a shooter. But to do this, you also need to work at improving your ability to meditate in stressful situations. Ultimately, you’ll be able to engage in “moving meditation” so that when you’re at the range, in a competition, or a gunfight, you can use meditation to choose to focus on what matters most in that moment.

The video below is going to explain the stages required to get you from meditating in a quiet place to on-the-go meditation you can use when shooting. For each stage I have made suggestions on how to introduce stress to your meditation practice and included examples from my own experience in walking this path.
