Returns & Refunds Policy

At Center Mass Group, LLC, we stand behind the value of our training and products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. This policy outlines the return and refund procedures and any applicable exclusions.


1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund—no questions asked. We genuinely want you to be satisfied with your investment.


2. Eligibility for Return

You may return an item if:

  • It is received by Center Mass Group within 30 calendar days of your purchase date
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • You follow the return process outlined below
  • None of the exclusions listed in Section 5 apply

3. Return Instructions

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at https://chrissajnog.com/support to notify us of your intent to return the item
  2. Include your name, order number, and reason for return
  3. Package the item securely and include a printed copy of your receipt
  4. Ship to:Center Mass Group, LLC

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Once your item is received in good condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.


4. Exchanges

  • Defective Items: If your item is defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.
  • Wrong Size (e.g., apparel): Use the return process above. Once the item is received, we’ll ship out the new size.

5. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items (including those purchased with discount codes)
  • Subscriptions, memberships, and digital products (see our Terms of Use for seperate cancellation and refund policies)
  • Services (e.g., coaching, consulting)
  • Items included free with purchase
  • Promotional or contest prizes
  • Autographed or personalized items
  • Custom or special order products
