Center Mass Group, LLC (parent company of Chris Sajnog and chrissajnog.com) cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our training. We give you a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the products we sell in accordance with our return policy below. So, if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training, just ask for your money back.

Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. This training does not and should not take the place of professional firearms training. Use caution and always consult a professional firearms instructor before acting on this or any information related to training with or around firearms.
You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life.

The safe and proper use of firearms is solely your responsibility.
Waiver of Liability
In exchange for access to the free content or members-only section of our website and thereby the training materials and content provided by Center Mass Group LLC, you agree to the following. Failure to agree to the entirety of the terms below revokes your right to access our training materials.
You agree to follow all necessary firearm safety rules. Including but not limited to:
You agree that there are certain inherent risks involved with handling firearms and you assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself or anyone else and any property damage. You fully release and discharge Center Mass Group LLC, New Rules Media LLC their directors, officers, members, agents, servants, authors, partners, affiliates, contractors or subcontractors and employees, including without limitation Chris Sajnog.
You agree that you are participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to you.
You agree you are 18 years or older, of sound mental and physical capacity to work with firearms, and have been cleared by your physician to conduct training.
You agree to conduct all training without ammunition. If you train with ammunition, you are not following the training provided and assume all responsibility.
You understand that you have no right to seek compensation if any technique you learn causes or fails to cause injury or death to yourself or others.
By receiving emails or accessing the free content or member-only section of our website and viewing our content, you forfeit all right to bring a suit against Center Mass Group LLC, New Rules Media LLC their directors, officers, members, agents, servants, authors, partners, affiliates, contractors or subcontractors and employees, including without limitation Chris Sajnog for any reason.
You understand and agree that you are giving up substantial rights by agreeing to these terms and that you are agreeing to these terms voluntarily and without inducement.
The terms and conditions last for as long as you use any advice or materials learned from Center Mass Group LLC, which may be long after your membership and/or use of our content and/or website has ended.
Billing Address
Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
Personal Checks Not accepted.
Product Returns
100% money back guarantee covers price of the product only. 100% money back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fee due to the fact that the customer made the decision to try a product. Therefore, the customer accepts to pay the fee to ship the product. Center Mass Group LLC will pay for return shipping if the item you received is damaged or defective.
Customers must contact our support department for a RMA (Return Authorization Number). This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted.
Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card or mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of receipt of item to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.
All live events and training are non-refundable.
All signed books are non-refundable.
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once.
Shipping of the product from us to your door will not be refunded. Shipping of the product to our Refund Department will not be compensated.
To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned, we cannot issue a refund.
Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued.
Product Refunds: Once a return request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card or mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy for All Services: Subscriptions, Memberships, and Digital Products
You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of receipt of the item to request a refund for your monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) days have passed.

You will receive a reply verifying your subscription has been canceled. Requests for canceling your subscription are not considered a request for a refund. If you would like a refund, you must state this in your communications.

Do not send a private message to Chris Sajnog's private email address or ANY OTHER, or his user account via the members’ private messaging system. These are not monitored.
Digital products (Courses, Video Coaching, Etc) also have a 30 day refund period. Live video coaching is excluded once training is completed.
Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your yearly subscription. Any refund requests after 30 days will be prorated by the amount of time remaining under the original yearly subscription period on a monthly basis. Example: If you purchase a yearly subscription in January of this year and you decide you want a refund 6 months from the purchase date, your prorated refund would be 6 months of the monthly rate.
Lifetime Access is for the lifetime of the Service. If, for any reason, Center Mass Group LLC should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the service terminates. Refunds for lifetime memberships can only be made in the first 30 days. Should the site end operating, refunds will be made to lifetime members minus the monthly rate from the time of sign up.

Subscription Billing
Payments are collected at the beginning of each billing period. Customer billing periods typically begin on the day of the month in which the customer purchased the subscription. Customers must request to cancel their subscriptions at least 10 days prior to their next billing date in order to avoid being charged on the billing date. In the event of cancellation, customers will still have access to their members’ area through the end of their final billing period. Customers will receive an email receipt for each payment. The receipt includes a link to contact customer support. Emails are sent to the email address associated with their membership account. It is the customers' responsibility to inform us of any updates to the email address associated with their account.
Billing Disputes
Each customer agrees to provide Chris Sajnog and Center Mass Group LLC 30 days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit/debit card company , PayPal or bank. Should we receive a chargeback from a third-party credit/debit card company, PayPal or bank, on the customer's behalf before we have been given a chance to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to charge the customer for our administrative time spent in resolving such disputes and any associated fees incurred, in addition to the $50 chargeback fee mentioned above. Regardless of the outcome of the chargeback, Center Mass Group LLC retains the right to collect any services or fees that are due. Center Mass Group LLC may submit any disputed amounts to a collection agency. Once a chargeback has been received, Center Mass Group LLC has the right to suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
